Ask the staff for extra towels upon check-in as amenities might be limited, especially for larger groups.

The location is close to Fort Jackson, convenient. Price was reasonable, and the staff were nice.

Employees were very very helpful and incredibly friendly!

The setting was marvellous, adjacent to Congaree National Park. Furthermore, super close to everything. Our room was perfectly clean with coffee, the bathroom plus the tub. A microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, and a refrigerator were provided if needed.

Everything was really good, excellent hotel, the location was magnificent not far from many restaurants and stores, and Congaree National Park.

Room cleanliness is concerning, with reports of dirty linens and lingering odors of smoke. The bathroom amenities need attention. Lack of toilet paper and broken fixtures are unacceptable. Walls are thin, contributing to noise disturbances from neighboring guests.

The room was filthy, but the air conditioning worked well .

cheap stay but needs more attention

The beds were comfortable, awesome for a restful night after long days. The location was ideal for my visit, close to Fort Jackson, very convenient. I appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room.

The Double Room was pretty disappointing. The dresser and nightstand were both broken, and the mini fridge was so loud it drowned out the TV. The bathroom had plumbing issues that seriously messed up showering-cold and hot water switched randomly. There were even roaches! The place needs a lot of TLC. I wouldn't choose to stay here again if I could help it.

The location's close proximity to Fort Jackson was a highlight, offering convenience for my needs. Staff members were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, there were notable issues such as a leaking cold faucet, a missing drawer, and stains on the linen, which diminished the room's overall appeal. The tub filled up quickly during the shower, and the bathroom fixtures seemed outdated.

For dads, it would be great if they focused on improving room cleanliness.

The room was clean and well-maintained. It was especially convenient given its close proximity to Fort Jackson. I found the price to be reasonable, especially compared to other accommodations in the area during this busy graduation weekend.

I enjoyed the comfy room with new flooring and appliances. Omar at check-in was super helpful. However, the slow internet could use improvement. Not my first choice again.

The room had air conditioning, a hairdryer, a microwave, and a refrigerator. There was also a private bathroom, tea/coffee maker, and free toiletries. Breakfast included cereal and coffee, nice. The location near Fort Jackson was super handy. The heating worked well too, and I had access to cable channels.
